MOTHER'S SECRET SESSIONS

The Mother crew love a little sesh, so over the next few months from time to time Dublin’s favourite queer club will be putting on its best and hosting some BYOB secret sessions. They’ll be taking over a secret venue in the city centre for five hours of tunes, special guests and bags of cans.

The first Mother’s Secret Session will be Sunday, February 25, featuring live sets from Daithí, Elaine Mai and the Mother DJs.

Before even releasing a record, regular Mother guest DJ Daithí was supporting Santigold, The XX, Macklemore and DJ Shadow on dates across the country, with his fiddle. He’s also worked in the producer’s seat for singer Elaine Mai (pictured), whose latest EP, ‘The Colour of Night’ is the business. With these two on board, it’s a session to be at.

Earlybird tickets (€10/€15 plus booking) now on sale at Eventbrite and ticketholders will be mailed on morning of the event with location, details and all the bits they’ll need to know.
