Pride — Mother — Block Party

MOTHER MAY I?

With a star-studded lineup of legendary queer talent, Mother’s 2026 Pride Block Party is shaping up to be an absolutely unmissable weekend. We’ve got the tea on what to expect as the Pride event makes its return to Collins Barracks this June.

the Mother Pride Block Party continues to be a major highlight of the queer social calendar. Across two sensational days, revellers will be treated to world-class performances, next-level drag and a festival-grade production complete with fairground rides and delicious food and drink vendors.

It all kicks off on Friday, June 26 with a sensational opening night party headlined by bona fide queer icons Scissor Sisters. Peaches will be on the decks with a DJ set while Panti Bliss, Tara Kumar and the Mother DJs will be keeping us dancing till late.

Saturday’s lineup is equally showstopping, with dance legends Sofi Tukker, drag royalty Jinkx Monsoon and queer icon Jodie Harsh all on the billing, but that’s not all. In addition to these international acts, the Mother Pride Block Party will also platform some sensational home-grown talent, with Elaine Mai, Haus of WIG’s trio Naomi Diamond, Shaqira Knightly and Donna Fella, Singalong Social, the Mother DJs, Anziety, Aurora Divine, Emmy Shigeta, Ghostboy, GIITA, Glamo, LEVINO, Manwelli, Mars Montana, Rocky T Delgado, Ruth Kavanagh, SHREM, Terri Fierce, Vaticanjail and Vicky Voltz.

“Every year, Mother Pride Block Party weekend reminds us why queer space is not just celebratory but essential,” said Mother co-founder Lisa Connell. “This year’s offering feels especially powerful; a vibrant, defiant, joyfilled reminder that when our community gathers, we create culture, we create safety, and we create possibility. We’re honoured to run one of the country’s largest Pride parties programming the finest queer talent, both homegrown and international. We believe deeply in the transformative power of the dance floor, a place where people can be seen, be free, and be themselves.”

Mother Pride Block Party is one of the biggest annual fundraising drives for GCN, Ireland’s national LGBTQ+ media and Mother’s long-standing charity partner.
