Raja goes to Waterford

From its humble beginnings in the early 2000s, Waterford Pride has grown to become one of the country’s biggest pride festivals. This year’s event, which takes place at the end of November, has a whole heap of cool stuff happening.

RuPaul’s Drag Race fans won’t want to miss Season 3 winner, Raja, when she takes to the stage at The Basement Bar at Revolution (November 25). The night will be hosted by local drag divas Charmin Eletrik, Joanna Ryde and Divalicious.

The whole things kicks off at the Waterford Pride lauch party on November 23 at The Rogue Gallery and Studio, and is rounded off on November 26 with Open Deck night, a non-nautical music night where six lucky denizens will each get a 30-minute slot and what they play is totally up to them! Just pray it’s not Ed Sheeran, lads. We’ve all heard enough from him.
